at present, China's CPVC products are mainly pipes, mainly in the following three points:

first, CPVC/PVC pipes

there are about 20 domestic manufacturers producing CPVC/PVC pipes in batch. Their products are power transmission services. The target value of Vicat softening point is 93 ℃, the colors are orange red or orange, domestic resin accounts for 70 ~ 80%, and the annual supply is about 15000 tons. It should be noted that the quality of CPVC/PVC pipes in the market is uneven, The proportion of CPVC in resin also ranges from 0 to 80%, and the market image is not perfect

II. CPVC hot water pipe and chemical pipe

there are less than ten domestic manufacturers producing CPVC hot water pipe and chemical pipe in batch, and the target value of Vicat softening point is 110 ℃. In addition, the color is mostly medium gray or orange, and domestic resin accounts for 30 ~ 40%. The product quality of imported CPVC resin is obviously better than that of domestic resin, especially CPVC pipe fittings. At present, there is no special injection material for domestic CPVC resin

III. CPVC/PVC glass fiber reinforced pipe

there are less than five domestic manufacturers specializing in the production of CPVC/PVC glass fiber reinforced pipe. Their products are oil field crude oil gathering and transportation, and the target value of Vicat softening point is 90 ℃. The service pressure of this product is as high as 20MPa in the future, but due to the lack of CPVC processing technology, it is difficult to improve its heat resistance index. It should be pointed out that at present, there is no professional manufacturer of CPVC profiles, plates and sheet products in China
