The project makes full use of the resource advantages of montmorillonite in Fujian Province, and develops new composite materials by significantly improving the concentration of nano polyaniline industry. The composite material can effectively improve the dispersion of polyaniline, solve the problems that it is difficult to improve the protective function, dissolve and process, reduce the amount of polyaniline, reduce the cost, and show excellent performance in improving the scratch resistance, pitting corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating. The project has broken through a number of key technologies and is innovative in anti-corrosion mechanism and nano intercalation technology. 7 national invention patents have been applied for. Quanzhou Xinhe new materials Co., Ltd., a cooperative enterprise, has invested and built a 200 t/a polyaniline production line and a 5000 t/a polyaniline ship heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating production line relying on the strong foundation in the fields of high-performance fiber materials, advanced chemical materials and non-ferrous metal processing.
